This page describes how dagvonk processes personal data.
Order
Name, email, company, website and region are used to run the ordered measurement and create the documents. The questions are put to Gemini (Google), ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Bing Copilot Search (Microsoft). Results are stored locally and are not made public.
Retention
Your download link in the client portal is valid for 90 days; afterwards you can request a new link via /nl/vragen. Your report, measurement data and questions are retained for 12 months after delivery, after which they are removed automatically. Only the fact that removal occurred is kept in our log — the content, your name, email and question text are not retained.

Data is not sold or made public.
